Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Costruo's website design, hosting, maintenance, CRM, automation, and related services.
By purchasing or using Costruo services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Costruo provides digital business solutions including:
- Custom website design and development
- Website hosting
- Website edits and maintenance
- CRM and automation services
- Additional digital services offered by Costruo
The exact services provided will depend on the package selected by the client.
3. Website Development Process
After an initial free consultation, Costruo will work with the client to determine project requirements.
Before development begins, the client must provide the required deposit payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, and other materials needed to complete their website.
Costruo will make reasonable efforts to create a website that meets the client's goals. However, delays or limitations caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate client-provided information may affect the final result.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the selected setup fee is required before development begins.
Current setup fees include:
- Starter Package: $499 total ($249.50 deposit)
- Growth Package: $999 total ($499.50 deposit)
- Scale Package: $1,999 total ($999.50 deposit)
The remaining balance must be paid before the website is published.
Clients are also responsible for their selected monthly subscription:
- Starter Plan: $97/month
- Growth Plan: $197/month
- Scale Plan: $297/month
Monthly subscription payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation requires at least 30 days notice.
The final monthly payment may still be charged during the cancellation period.
After cancellation or termination:
- Website hosting will be disabled
- Access to Costruo features will be removed
- CRM, automation, and other subscription features will no longer be available
6. Website Hosting and Ownership
Costruo provides websites through its hosted platform.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Costruo retains ownership of the hosted website infrastructure, systems, templates, and platform environment.
Clients receive access to use their website and included features while their subscription remains active and payments are current.
If payments stop or a subscription is cancelled, access to hosted services may be removed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Provide required content and materials in a timely manner
- Review project progress
- Maintain accurate payment information
Failure to provide required information may delay project completion.
8. Project Timeline
Most websites are completed within 4-10 days depending on project complexity, client communication, requested features, and revisions.
Some projects may be completed faster, while more complex projects may require additional time.
9. Revisions and Additional Work
Costruo will make reasonable revisions based on the selected package and agreed project scope.
Requests outside the original project scope may require additional fees.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of website development, deposits are non-refundable once development has started.
The deposit covers time, preparation, resources, and work committed to the project.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
11. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use Costruo services for illegal activities, fraudulent purposes, harmful content, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Costruo reserves the right to suspend services for violations of these Terms.
12. Service Availability
Costruo relies on third-party providers, including GoHighLevel and other technology providers.
While Costruo works to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Costruo is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service interruptions, client-provided information, misuse of services, or circumstances outside of Costruo's control.
14. Changes to Terms
Costruo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Costruo services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
